Fresh Air is a CMR & CMI Certified Company and all of our project managers are required to pass the CMW course prior to managing projects for Fresh Air.  Although fully trained, certified & capable, Fresh Air doesn’t provide testing of mold problems that they are remediating. Fresh Air always recommends independent third party inspectors to test for mold and to prepare remediation protocols so not to have a conflict of interest.
